บรรยากาศตรงสระว่ายน้ำและที่รับประทานอาหารวิวสวยมาก อาหารเช้ามีหลากหลายเหมือนโรงแรมทั่วๆไปมีแบบตะวันตกและเฝอ ห้องที่เลือกเป็นต้อง303 ไม่มีวิว เหมือนอยู่ใต้ดิน เพราะล็อบบี้อยู่ชั้น4 พบปัญหานิดหนึ่งตรงห้องอาบน้ำ เหมือนพื้นจะไม่ดีทำให้มีน้ำล้นออกมา ห้องไม่เก็บเสียงแต่ไม่ดังมาก

슬리핑버스타고 새벽에 도착해서 체크인시간이 안됐지만 짐보관도 가능하고 샤워를 할 수 있게해줘서 너무 좋았어요 😍 특히 kc와 hao가 너무 친절해서 리셉션에 계속 방문할뻔 👍🏻🥰 우리의 영어대화가 조금 힘들었지만 ㅋㅋ 웃는얼굴로 대해줘서 고마워요!!! 체크아웃 후에도 수영장을 이용하다가 또 슬리핑버스타러 갔어요ㅋㅋ 마운틴뷰 룸이라서 베란다 문열고 나옴 판시판뷰 볼수있어요 !!!! 조식도 제일 맛있는곳 호텔에서 제공하는 트레킹투어도 해봤는데 트레킹 가이드 nhu도 너무 친절하고 12km 재밌게 트레킹했어요 즐겁고 신나는 새로운경험이었어요 😘😘 만약 다음에 또 사파에 방문한다면 뱀부사파호텔에 또 숙박하고싶어요 땡큐😍

酒店大廳@大氣. 寬濶，提供免費飲料. 房間舒適寬敞整潔，早餐種類豐富👍. 工作人員服務態度有禮貌又友善.. 協助安排旅遊行程. 位置優越：步行不遠就是sun plaza，方便出遊Fansipan 樂園，漫步sapa 市中心…附近的小越南餐廳食物可口，價格實惠.

We had a nice stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everything was clean — though I did notice a small clump of dust beside the bed, which didn’t really bother me. I appreciated the small gym that allowed me to keep up with my exercise routine even while on vacation. The breakfast offered a good variety of food to choose from. The only downside was that our room faced the roadside, so it was a bit noisy at times, but it did get quiet around midnight. Overall, it was a pleasant stay

Good location, beautiful mountain view, nice pool and friendly and helpful staff. Especially KC, he is so kind and helpful. Help with bookings, recommending good restaurants and helped us contact a doctor as my Sister was not feeling well. We are really greatly to him. Definitely a good choice of accommodation in Sapa.

직원들이 너무 친절하고 어디든 걸어갈 수 있을 정도로 위치가 좋습니다 판시판이 보이는 수영장과 조식 뷰가 좋아요 조식은 아주 알찹니다 이 가격에 이런 서비스를 누려도 되려나 싶은.. 직원들이 판시판 캠도 공유해주고 티켓도 끊어주고 사파 숙서에서는 다들 해준다지만 그래도 도움 많이 받아 고마웠습니다 지하 방은 습하지만 숙소비가 매우 저렴하므로.. 환풍기를 켜두고 생활하시면 될 것 같아요

좋았어요! 청결하고 직원들도 친절, 정말 전문적입니다. 호텔 자체도 생각보다 시설이 좋고 번듯하여 놀랐어요. 사진보다 호텔이 전반적으로 더 나아요. 화장실 문을 열고 있을 때 살짝 냄새가 났는데 문 닫고 있으면 큰 문제 없었어요.

Нам все очень понравилось, единственное, что не оправдало наших ожиданий - балкон, очень маленький, угловой. Но тут не угадаешь, так как при бронировании совершенно непонятно каким будет балкон. Завтрак отличный, очень разнообразный, все принадлежности имелись

Very clean hotel. Was attended to by pretty girl, Julie and she speaks English. Breakfast was good with variety of choices. At town centre and walking distance to Sapa Station where you buy tickets for funicular train and cable car to Fangsipan peak. Plenty of good food around the hotel. Happening area.

We arrived early after the sleeper train and, although check-in was at 2pm, the staff kindly offered us a spacious shower room to freshen up. The hotel also surprised me with a lovely birthday cake and decoration, which made the stay extra special. Our room (No. 112) was large with a small balcony. Breakfast was average but had plenty of choices, and the infinity pool outside the restaurant offered beautiful views and photo spots. Special thanks to KC, who was very professional, friendly, and made our stay truly enjoyable. Overall, a great experience at Bamboo Sapa Hotel!
